Step 1-Choosing
The first step in creating a wonderful mural using our easy stick mural pieces
is to pick a theme. Talk with your with your child and take clues from them.
Do they like animals, then maybe our farmyard would make the perfect mural for you.
Is your little girl a precious princess. We carry 3 different
princess themes.
If you are designing a mural for an infant or very young child then just have
to be imaginative and just appreciate that at this time in their life they
will let you make some choices for them.

Step 2-Planning
-Do you want the whole  room to be in theme.Paint every wall including  the ceiling.
-Do you want to create a focal wall mural. You can focus the mural around
your  child's bed or play area.
-On paper do a mock furniture layout for your child's room.Play around with
the placement.Try different places for the bed etc..It is easier to move the
bed on the paper then in the actual room.
Remember to completely measure   your child's room, then measure each
piece of furniture.Out of paper cut mock
furniture pieces so you can easily move them around for proper placement.
-After you have figured out the furniture placement, now it is time to chose
where the focal point of the room will be.Will you have your child's bed be
the main focal point of the room,or a play area,or use the largest  wall in the room.

Step 3-Chose a focal point
-Now that your have laid out your furniture placement. You are ready to chose
the focal point of the room. Most often it will be your child's bed,but wherever
you chose for the focal point place the "Easy Stick Children's Mural" there.
It is easy to create an instant focal point.

Step 4-How to Create A Mural
-Depending on what children's mural theme you chose you have many
different options. If you chose our farmyard, princess, pirate, garden
mural pieces you  will probably want to paint the whole room a sky
blue including the ceiling.
When you paint the ceiling a color it makes the room feel more cozy and comforting.
If you think the color would be to strong purchase
the same color paint but a few shades lighter.
